Position Overview
Asian Food & Beverage (YES F&B) is seeking a highly motivated Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee and support our franchising operations. This position focuses on store management, inspections, operational documentation, and corporate communication to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and inspect franchised store operations

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and applicable regulations

Prepare and maintain marketing and operational documentation

Communicate and coordinate with partner corporations

Support general operational functions within the food and beverage industry

Improve operational efficiency and maintain brand standards
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits

Work schedule: 4.5 days per week
