Job Title: Purchasing Specialist / Assistant Manager

2. Key Responsibilities
-
Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify new suppliers, evaluate existing vendor performance, and maintain strategic partnerships.

Purchasing Strategy & Contracting: Execute purchase agreements for parts and raw materials, lead price negotiations, and develop procurement strategies.

Cost Management: Conduct in-depth cost analysis and drive Cost Reduction (CR) initiatives.

Supply Chain Operations: Ensure timely material procurement based on production schedules and optimize inventory levels.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Synchronize purchasing processes with the South Korean headquarters and coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
3. Qualifications
[Minimum Requirements]

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred majors: Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).

Language: Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (Required for seamless communication with HQ and U.S. partners).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred).

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship and future Green Card support may be considered for qualified candidates).

3+ years of experience in purchasing within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

5. Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 per year (Commensurate with experience and qualifications).
