Current Need
Bilingual (English/Korean) Customer Service Representative
Hours:  11AM to 8PM Monday to Friday

Position Description
 
The position responsibilities consist of answering inbound calls from existing AccessHealth members; providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues.  It will also require outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, as needed.  This position requires excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills.
Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Determines the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems.
 

 

Qualifications
 

 

Minimum Requirements
2+ years customer service experience

 

 

 

 

Critical Skills

 

  • Bilingual (English/Korean); Able to read and speak Korean
  • 1+ years of customer focused Client/Account Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills (autonomous environment)

 

 

Additional Knowledge & Skills

 

  • Pharmacy operation (claims adjudication) and/or managed care experience/knowledge preferred

     

  • Strong interpersonal skills

     

  • Self-motivated and results-orientated that requires little direction

     

  • Team player

     

  • Ability to manage timelines and goals

     

  • Strong analytical and business skills

     

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
