24살 직장인 입니다.

지금 살고 있는 아파트에 룸메 한분 구하려고요.

장소는 레이놀즈버그에 있는 Highland Park Apartment 인데요.  I-70 exit 근처이지만 컨트리 클럽과 공원을 끼고 있어 조용합니다.  또 주위에 헬스장, 마트, 식당, 몰 등등 다 같이 있어서 평소에 다운타운 까지 안가셔도 될거같네요.

평수는 1100 sq. ft 이고요.  또 2 베드 1.5 베스 입니다.  입주하실 방은 제가 있는 방보다 조금 작은데 눈에 띄게 큰 차이는 없네요.  또 주방용품, 티비, 베이직 가구는 가추고 있어서 개인 물품만 가지고 들어오셔도 괜찮습니다.  사워는 공용이지만, 화장실은 따로 쓸 수 있습니다.  그리고 파킹장도 넓어서 차 대는데는 문제가 없고요.

랜트는 매달 $514.50 (수돗, 와이파이, 쓰레기 수거 포함) 이고요, 전기세와 가스세는 반반씩 내기 바랍니다.  1년 리스가 7월달에 시작 했기에 남은 기간동안 같이 살 분을 선호합니다.

제 생각에는 OSU 다니는 학생보다는 근처에서 일하시는 젋은 직장인들에게 좋은 곳 같습니다.  주중에는 퇴근 후 쉬기 좋으면서 또 다운타운과 가깝기 때문에 주말에 놀러가기에도 문제가 없고요.

Hi, I'm a 24 years old professional working around Columbus.

I'm looking for a roommate at a place I moved in.  It's right off I-70 (16 min. drive to downtown Columbus) yet quiet since it's hugging a park/golf course.  It's also close to gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls.

The whole place is about 1100 sq. ft and I'm renting one of the two bedrooms.  Keep in mind that this one is slightly smaller than the "master" bedroom that I'm in.

I already have all the basic cooking wares and basic furniture.  You will have your own bathroom but we'll share a shower.  Also, you will have plenty of parking.  See pictures for more details.

I think this place is good for a young professional like me who want a piece of sedentary life on weekdays and more activities on weekends.

The rent will be $514.50/month, which includes wifi, water and garbage disposal.  You will be responsible for a half of utility bills (i.e. gas and electric).  The 1- year lease began in July so I would much prefer someone who can stick around then; if you can't, we can have a discussion for an arrangement.
